Inspirations: Bar and Bat Mitzvahs

Once in a while we get a chance to do a really unique bar or bat mitzvah invitation like the ones below. What better way to celebrate this milestone in a young person’s life than with fantastic custom stationery to get guests excited for the celebration?! I personally love creating kids’ stationery, it’s such a great opportunity to get creative and make something fun. Since winter is a slower time for our wedding work,  I thought I would take a little time and share a couple of my favorite bar and bat mitzvah stationery with you.

Jordan’s engraved invitation features fully hand painted ocean waves full of lively movement. Elegant silver engraving on navy linen makes it truly stunning and luxurious. For another amazing engraved invitation and save the date, look here.

Contrast painted seashells and a watercolor map hint at the fun to come at this Jamaican themed bar and bat mitzvah. Antique gold and an old-fashioned compass bring in a classical nautical element.screen_capture_cc573

Allison’s invitation features beloved our Alice in Wonderland artwork. We’ve adapted it for all sorts of events in our collection but I think it works especially well for a young girl. There are lots of different elements in our Alice invitations, you can check out a couple of different ideas here.
