What enclosure cards do I need to include with my invitation?
You have options for your additional wedding invitation enclosure cards, but we see some common and practical choices!
Website card: a great catchall that directs guests to the website for all other details. If you are doing online RSVPs it will also let guests know to reply there.
Timeline card: another really popular option. Give guests a brief outline of the weekend, especially if you have more than one event planned. If space allows, add the website at the bottom and you’ve got everything in one place!
Accommodations card: handy if you have one or more room blocks booked. This info should also be included on the website.
Reply card: if you prefer a mail-back response, make sure to include this. You can include meal options, or replies for multiple events. We have a bit more info about collecting guest RSVPs here.
Rehearsal invitation: some couples will include this in a select number of invites for the wedding party and family.
Extra event invitation: let guests know when the welcome party kicks off, or where to go for brunch the day after! These details can also go on a timeline card.
Map card: not essential, but a super fun addition to get guests excited! It helps give a little preview of the area, and is great for a destination wedding.
