When Kate Miller of Kate Miller Events contacted me about creating pieces for an Ombre Inspired Wedding Shoot I think I said yes before she uttered 5 words! Geode‘s were the natural inspiration element and purples and golds were the color palette of choice…what could be better?
This natural spot in Folsom, California could not have suited the design more beautifully. Large boulders feature an ombre effect as a natural backdrop to Kate’s creation. Ruffly prettiness, wow pops of violet and purple and loads of contrasting texture make this shoot a standout for real wedding inspiration. Sarah Maren’s juicy style captured it all with artful composition and flair. We adore the bouquet full of vibrant Anemones and Orchids…
A flowing flower-sculpture cascaded across the table in full ombre glory from rich and vibrant to soft and subtle color tones. Ribbed glassware and silky ruched linens here add texture in contrast to the slick shimmer stocks used in the hand painted menus.
Stunningly saturated red locks and a mustard bloom, what more can I say about this shot?
I want to stare at these shots all day long!!! A clear rock candy crumble on the top tier is the proverbial cherry on top.
