Watercolor Backyard Wedding Invitations

We love seeing these soft, romantic images of Allison and Brian’s elegant backyard wedding invitations and their decor!

We illustrated their home and the water overlook on the property for their personalized stationery suite. The design is very simple and soft, to let the watercolor artwork shine. We also used letterpress printing for the invitation text, and plush cotton cardstock to accent the texture. A simple oak tree motif was carried through to the menus, and we even featured the family pup in the yard.

Hopefully it’s not bragging to say this set steals the show! Momental custom illustrations are a great option for events at your home or family property, we can create watercolor artwork of any scene. At-home or backyard weddings have been more popular since the pandemic, but they have been just as elegant and lovely as events at larger venues!

In addition to menus and place cards, Allison and Brian also had us create keepsake vow booklets with hand painted florals on the cover, so they could write their own vows inside.

Finally, a special thank you goes out to their photographer, Bianca Tang, for styling out the stationery so perfectly!
