Meredith and Matt married at The Biltmore Ballrooms in Atlanta, Georgia. All I can say is wow. When Matt Yung, her photographer sent over the images I knew this had to be shared! We worked with Meredith for the better part of a year to create the perfect paper elements from save the dates right down to place cards.
From the Bride:
How did your stationery play a role in your wedding?
The stationery set the tone for the wedding. It gave guests an idea of the color palette
and flowers they’d see at the ceremony and reception. Kristy’s fabulous artwork
added the drama that we wanted to our invitations and made it clear that guests could
expect a bit of glamour.
The stationery also provided continuity. The table numbers and guest cards tied in
beautifully to the invitations and save the dates that guests had already seen, while
bringing in new details to match our centerpieces.
What was your inspiration for your colors and/or theme?
I was inspired by Biltmore Ballrooms, where the wedding was held. Pale pink
complemented the soft greens, yellows, and blues of the ballrooms while chocolate
brown accented these colors without seeming too harsh.
Tell us about the one thing you would not change about your wedding, and what is
the one thing you would change if you could?
If I could change one thing about our wedding day, I’d want the few friends and family
members who couldn’t make it to have been able to be there with us. AND, I would
have made time to sample some of the goodies from the dessert bar provided by
Affairs to Remember.
I wouldn’t change anything else!
Big hugs to Meredith for trusting us with her wedding stationery. It is truly a thrill to have been part of your day!
