How do you plan to address your envelopes for mailing?
Digital Printing
At Momental, we offer digital printing of addresses on your envelopes. We can use a coordinating font from your invitation, or suggest a readable, Post Office friendly script. We have found that clearer is better when it comes to address printing and USPS! We also offer backflap-only printing, if you just need the return address added.
Digital printing is the standard offering across many stationery vendors, and is the most common addressing process we see our clients using.
Hand Written Calligraphy
Calligraphy, on the other hand, is hand written by an experienced artisan. Styles and scripts will vary according to their specialty. It’s an art unto itself that takes time and practice, and has traditionally been a popular way to address invitations. If you’re interested in this process, we can suggest a few calligraphers to reach out to!
