When Jenna first got in touch and was swooning over this invitation seen on Style Me Pretty, I couldn’t have been more thrilled. Nothing is quite as satisfying as having a dream design created “just because”, become a couple’s real wedding stationery inspiration!
How fitting that Jenna and Zachary’s entire celebration made the front page of Style Me Pretty? Fitting and deserving. Jenna’s timeless style and spirited flavor caught everyone’s attention; all playing second place to their heartwarming love story. Jenna and Zachary met and married in the same place…talk about meaningful. Read on.
Richly colored handmade papers were sculpted into stylized blooms with hot pink stamens. A simply pattern was drawn and watercolored inspired by fountain tiling at Montelucia. My favorite moment of this invitation? – The freehand painted leaves in several shades of green.
THE blooms! Celosia, Peonies and Protea – unlikely companions but still so enchanting together. A mix of high color and texture with touches of soft to remind us that romance is paramount in this celebration!
Tri-fold wedding programs atop woven fans…again boasting the detailed tile pattern…
Paper blooms found there way into other aspects of the day. Love them here laying casually amidst the seating cards.
Oh this cake! So bold and sculptural…
I’m a big fan of eclectic pairings. Matchy-matchy just doesn’t do it for me. Jenna was a blast as she let us create a coordinating suite of painted papers that evolved and told a slightly new story at each glance. The menus featured a big orange bloom inspired by the paper variety on each invitation, love!

Check out the film for a closer look at so many sweet moments, not to mention some cool shots of the stationery!
