Bold blue made a reoccurring appearance in the studio this week. Envelopments’ Mercury Blue has become a staple here and this week acted out both it spirited and reserved personalities. First up are Melissa’s Vintage Lotus Save the Dates. Mercury Blue is front and center and accented with a regal damask and saturated orange hues. Painted consisted of gold strokes, persimmon dots and soft green leaf accents. Wow! Se more of the project’s progression plus a peek at her invitations here…
Alison’s day of menus featured the same Mercury Blue but in a much more understated voice. Blue Delphinium paired with white painted peonies create a graceful piece still laced with personality. Curious to see her invitations, check them out here…
On an unexpected note…After many requests for Momental patterned drapes, wallpaper and more of the like I started small with iPhone cases. Love a particular pattern? Let me know and I will add it to our Zazzle store! So as I work on finding a way to dress your homes with my watercolor prints, enjoy this small peek of what’s to come!
So what am I up to?
